After a long review of the statistics, we find it in the company’s best interest to change health insurance coverage and cost. We are happy to be able to continue health coverage for our employees. The cost of the coverage to our employees is going up and the coverage is going to change. As the economy has changed we to have to make changes to keep our company competative. We have found that we the cost of health care for our company has risien.
Our Human Resource Department is also researching a couple different incentives. We would like to ask local gyms to give our employees a company rate for any of you who may be interested. We are looking at the possiblity of having a dietian come in for anyone interested in meeting with them to be educated on a healthier lifestyle. We are also going to offer a program to help anyone interested to quite smoling.We have prepared a detailed analysis for anyone’s viewing upon request. Today we will go over the general stats in a power point presentation that will begin in just a few moments. <Insert power point here> We have beneifit booklets of each of you to take and look over along with the forms to complete if you decide to sign on with the new coverage. . Your cards will arrive probably about a month or so prior to the effective date. Your current coverage will remain in effect until the new coverage begins. Also, please contact Human Resources if you have an address change, additional children, or an event like a marriage or divorce, for example.
